Live Shop Policy

New Customer Deposit: New customers are required to pay a deposit of $30 or more, which will be credited towards your total purchase amount.

No Swaps or Put Backs: Swaps and put backs of crystals are not allowed. If you need more time before checking out, please request an extension.

Checkout Deadline: If you don't check out by the deadline, we may cancel the sale and sell the crystal to someone else.

No Refunds: If you cancel or abandon your purchase, you won't receive a refund, including your deposit.

Shipping:

Orders over $100 ship for free.

Orders under $100 have a $6 shipping fee (covering shipping, inspection, packaging, and local transport).
