A $30 deposit is required for a new customers, which will be applied to their purchase.

The business has a strict policy of no swaps or put backs allowed.

If the crystal is not checked out within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and resell the crystal.

No refunds will be issued if a customer cancels or abandons their crystal purchase.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
